We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong passion for engineering and product development to join a growing team in Devon. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to highly innovative projects within the industrial and aerospace sectors, helping to deliver cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

In this role, you’ll lead key product development initiatives, driving projects from concept through to delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes across our product portfolio.

Project Delivery & Leadership

  • Lead engineering projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
  • Take ownership of project performance, proactively managing risks, issues, and project outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders to drive successful product development and project execution.
  • Maintain clear communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Engineering & Product Development

  • Support all stages of the product development lifecycle, including requirements capture, design, implementation, verification, and qualification.
  • Produce and maintain documentation required to support development and delivery activities.

Planning, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage project resources and budgets effectively to support delivery objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to NPI processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements, business initiatives, and proposal activities to support operational efficiency and future growth.

Essential Requirements of the Project Manager

  • A background in Aerospace, industrial or electronics.
  • Full product lifecycle experience.
