Telesales Team Lead
An established business within the fire and security sector is looking for a Telesales Team Lead to manage and support a team of four.
This is a hands-on position split approximately 70% outbound calling, and 30% team management.
You'll manage performance against agreed KPIs while personally generating qualified leads and booking appointments for the field sales team.
