We are seeking ambitious, money motivated, driven Recruitment Consultants to join our collaborative, inclusive, supportive and friendly team with a sprinkling of competitiveness! You’ll have the opportunity to help shape our business (where we will truly value your input), receive fantastic training (learning from the leaders in the business who are all hands on), earn career changing money with our uncapped commission scheme and have control over the direction of your career.
Qualifications- Have at least 1 year’s recruitment experience
- Have a sense of urgency & possess a strong work ethic
- Develop new business and work outside of your comfort zone
- Possess emotional intelligence & be a natural influencer
- Be goal oriented and be an effective planner
- Have the ability to build relationships and possess fine attention to detail with your written work
- Focus on managing the entire candidate recruitment process from initial screening through to offer and on-boarding while picking up leads and referrals
- Carry out new business development to win new clients
- Manage client relationships and larger accounts
You might be dealing with applications at 9 am, booking in interviews at 10 am, headhunting a candidate from a competitor at 11 am and then agreeing terms with a new client by 12 pm! You will spend the majority of your day creating & building relationships and facilitating the recruitment process between both candidates and clients. You will also have the freedom to be out on the road visiting new and existing clients and have the opportunity to significantly contribute to the growth and success of April Quest.
