The role
- Develop and modify PLC software using Siemens TIA Portal / STEP 7 and/or Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 / RSLogix.
- Design and configure HMI and SCADA applications.
- Support control system design, integration and testing across a varied project portfolio.
- Carry out fault finding, commissioning and system optimisation.
- Work closely with customers and engineering teams to deliver reliable automation solutions.
- Support FAT and SAT activities and produce technical documentation.
What you'll bring
- Experience in a Controls, Automation or PLC Engineering role.
- Strong programming skills with Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLCs.
- An understanding of industrial control systems, electrical drawings and communications networks.
- A practical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a project team.
Experience in any of the sectors above would be valuable, with transferable controls and automation skills welcomed
