I'm recruiting for a Trainee Production Technician to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business, supporting production operations and helping to investigate and resolve issues as they arise. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within engineering and manufacturing. Previous experience is helpful, but attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are far more important.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day production activities
- Investigating and helping resolve manufacturing issues

- Learning technical troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
