Quality Management Systems Coordinator Fixed-Term Contract: 6-8 months Farnborough - £35,000 - £45,000 An established engineering business is looking for a Quality Management Systems Coordinator to support its Operational Excellence and Quality team. This would suit a junior Quality Engineer, Quality Coordinator or graduate with some exposure to quality systems, auditing or process improvement. Youll help maintain and improve the companys management system while supporting the introduction of new industry standards. What youll be doing: Maintaining management-system documentation. Creating and updating processes and procedures. Supporting internal audits. Preparing information for management reviews. Tracking non-conformances and outstanding actions. Supporting process and KPI improvements. Coordinating quality and compliance records. Assisting with wider quality and operational tasks. What were looking for: Some experience in quality, compliance or process improvement. An engineering, scientific or similarly relevant qualification. Awareness of ISO 9001 or other management-system standards. Internal auditing experience would be beneficial. Strong organisation and attention to detail. The ability to learn quickly and work independently. Confidence working with different teams and following up actions. Automotive experience would be useful but is by no means essential. Training and support will provided on the relevant industry standards. The position requires regular on-site work in Surrey, with one home-working day available each week.
