This is an opportunity to broaden your experience across multiple industries, working on control systems from initial concept through to commissioning. The role Develop and modify PLC software using Siemens TIA Portal / STEP 7 and/or Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 / RSLogix. Design and configure HMI and SCADA applications. Support control system design, integration and testing across a varied project portfolio. Carry out fault finding, commissioning and system optimisation. Work closely with customers and engineering teams to deliver reliable automation solutions. Support FAT and SAT activities and produce technical documentation. What you'll bring Experience in a Controls, Automation or PLC Engineering role. Strong programming skills with Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLCs. An understanding of industrial control systems, electrical drawings and communications networks. A practical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving. Confidence working independently and as part of a project team. Experience in any of the sectors above would be valuable, with transferable controls and automation skills welcomed.
