You would be involved across the product lifecycle, from pre-sales demonstrations to hands-on troubleshooting at the workbench, and occasionally on-site with customers. The work blends engineering, fault-finding, and client interaction, with the chance to travel and work on genuinely cutting-edge tech.
Essential Requirements of a Customer Support Engineer- Strong maths or engineering foundation degree in Engineering, Maths or equivalent
- Ability to perform methodical, structured fault-finding on complex hardware/software systems
- Clear, professional communication and confidence to represent the company in front of clients both in-office and on-site.
- Experience with similar systems in automotive, robotics, mapping or academia
- Exposure to customer support or B2B environments.
- UK driving license is required
