We are working with a global industrial electronics manufacturer looking for an experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead a growing team and drive manufacturing performance across a high-volume production environment. This is a key leadership position within the manufacturing function, responsible for developing a team of Process Engineers while driving continuous improvement, process optimisation, cost reduction and operational excellence across the business. They manufacture thousands of products every day and are continuing to invest heavily in both people and production capability. As a result, this role offers significant scope to influence manufacturing strategy, improve operational performance, and leave a lasting impact on the business.

- Lead, coach and develop a team of process engineers

- Identify and eliminate process waste through Lean Manufacturing techniques

- Experience with SMED, Line balancing, Yamazumi analysis or other similar Lean methodologies
- Project management training or qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
