This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of manufacturing improvement projects, support new product introduction activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across production. You'll work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Quality teams to improve efficiency, reduce waste and support manufacturing growth. The business manufactures thousands of products every day and continues to invest heavily in both people and production capability.
