A fast-paced, well-established manufacturing business is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join their team in Didcot to support production, troubleshoot issues on the line and help keep manufacturing running efficiently day-to-day.

Looking for somebody with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to get involved. The role would suit somebody from a manufacturing, assembly, production or electro-mechanical background who enjoys practical problem solving and working closely with people on the shop floor.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will:

  • Work on assembly and production support activities
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise on the line
  • Wiring, soldering and mechanical assembly work
  • Follow engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Support testing and quality checks
