An established business within the fire and security sector is looking for a Telesales Team Lead to manage and support a team of four. This is a hands-on position split approximately 70% outbound calling, and 30% team management. You'll manage performance against agreed KPIs while personally generating qualified leads and booking appointments for the field sales team.
Essential Skills from the Telesales Team Leader:
- Drive or ambition to lead a team.
- Prior experience mentoring.
- Previous telesales, telemarketing or outbound sales experience.
- Confident making regular outbound B2B calls.
- Experience working toward call, appointment, and sales targets.
