As they continue their international expansion, they're looking for an ambitious International Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving growth across Europe and beyond.
This is far more than a traditional sales position.
You'll work closely with international distributors, strategic partners and senior leadership to shape market strategy, launch new products and identify future growth opportunities.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and growing relationships with international distributors and channel partners across EMEA.
Supporting new product launches and go-to-market strategies within international markets.
Working closely with partners to identify growth opportunities and increase market penetration.
Building strategic account plans and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Attending international trade shows, customer meetings and industry events.
Providing market intelligence, competitor analysis and commercial insight to senior leadership.
Identifying new territories, distribution partners and future market opportunities.
Supporting forecasting, pipeline management and international business planning.
Experience within fire safety would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in candidates from sectors such as: Electronic Security Access Control Wireless Technologies Building Technologies Critical Communications Other technical B2B industries.
More important than your industry background is your ability to build trusted relationships, think commercially and develop long-term international growth strategies.
Experience managing distributors, channel partners or international customers.
A consultative and relationship-led sales approach.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify strategic growth opportunities.
Experience working across multiple international markets.
- The willingness to travel internationally for approximately 50% of your time. A proactive, ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset.
