We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong passion for engineering and product development to join a growing team in Devon. Project Delivery & Leadership
- Lead engineering projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
- Take ownership of project performance, proactively managing risks, issues, and project outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders to drive successful product development and project execution.
- Maintain clear communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Engineering & Product Development
- Support all stages of the product development lifecycle, including requirements capture, design, implementation, verification, and qualification.
- Produce and maintain documentation required to support development and delivery activities.
Planning, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Manage project resources and budgets effectively to support delivery objectives.
- Ensure adherence to NPI processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Contribute to process improvements, business initiatives, and proposal activities to support operational efficiency and future growth.
