Apricus Resourcing is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of children s residential care for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist two-bedded children s home. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established organisation dedicated to delivering outstanding care and positive outcomes for young people aged 12-18 years with complex mental health needs and those at risk of self-injurious behaviours.
Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team, including an on-site education provision, clinical professionals and therapists, you will play a key role in supporting young people through their care journey and helping them achieve the goals outlined within their individual care plans.
The Opportunity
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered while maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children s Homes Quality Standards. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes for young people while creating a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
