Apricus Resourcing are working with a leading Social Enterprise in relation to a permanent post as a Property Manager based within a Social Housing project in St Helens paying circa £38,200 per year.
Within this role you will lead, manage, and take accountability for the delivery of effective performance and the overall direction of the Service to include budget, property, voids, staffing, and service development in accordance with the Association’s Asset Based Approach, Statement of Purpose and business objectives.
You will report into the Regional Manager for this particular role.
You will have Service Team Leaders reporting to you on a weekly basis to discuss various aspects of their services.
You will also monitor and review co-production plans and activities to ensure our service users have a voice in designing service delivery in line with the Association’s Co-Production Strategy.
Your role will include liaising with and influence key partners, local stakeholders and complementary agencies to ensure the service has an excellent local and regional profile in line with the Statement of Purpose
The job holder will require a degree of persuasiveness/assertiveness when supporting our service users with their emotional and other support needs/management of staff.
They will have developed interpersonal skills, developed training and development and motivation skills in relation to staff.
The job holder is required to organise own workload.
Planning horizon for this role, is measured in quarter year minimally and maximum 12 months.
The job holder will manage a budget and have an impact on financial resources.
The post may require working outside normal office hours from time to time. The role will require the job holder to participate in the On-Call Rota supporting service out of hours.
In order to be considered for the role you will need to have a L4 in Housing Management or equivalent.
You will also need a car for the role, along with core understanding of key legislation housing, mental health, equality and health & safety.
