Apricus Resourcing is working with an award winning housing provider looking for a Multi Trade operative for an ongoing contract role in the Scarborough area. The role operates Monday to Friday, 9‑5pm, as part of a team that delivers high quality, cost‑effective property repairs, refurbishments and estate services.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Provide accurate and timely progress information and advice that is easily understood by the customer, and keep accurate daily work records.
- Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Ensure customers are kept informed in line with agreed processes and within contract and service specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and replenish stocks as needed, following the agreed requisition procedures and budgets.

- Pay rate: £20.00 per hour via umbrella.
