Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Safe Refuge Housing Support Worker: Supporting clients in CR4 post code area of Merton in South West London bordering Surrey. The role is working full time with standard hours 37.5 hours Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) no part time option currently advertised sadly.

Your contributions will directly influence the lives of service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence. Applicants should have experience supporting individuals with diverse and complex needs from a wide range of challenges, including domestic abuse, mental health issues and substance misuse. This includes delivering high-quality floating or outreach support, developing support plans, conducting risk assessments, and liaising with external professionals.

Knowledge of safeguarding, welfare benefits, housing legislation, and the ability to accurately record casework using computer systems is essential.

In return for your commitment, we are able to offer a very competitive rate of £15.91 per hour rising to £16.22 per hour after 12 weeks service.
