Apricus Resourcing are working with an award winning housing provider who are looking for a Multi Skill operative for an ongoing contract role covering Hackney, Stratford and surrounding areas. Within this role you will be working Monday – Friday 8am-4pm. You will be working within a team that is responsible for delivering a high quality and cost effective property repairs and refurbishments & estate services.
Duties include:
- Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed.
- Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Ensuring customers are kept informed in line with agreed processes and within contract and service specifications.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures and budgets.
For this particular role a vehicle will be provided but you will need your own tools. A car driver is essential for this role. Construction Skills Certification is desirable but not essential but you will need NVQ 3 or relevant experience in 3 relevant trades in order to be considered. The rate of pay for this role is £21.24 via umbrella per hour.
