Apricus Resourcing are working with a housing association who are searching for an Admin/Receptionist for an initial 5-month contract with a view to extend. The role is based in Hull.

Responsibilities

  • Work on the switchboard for the service, book meetings, handle parking bookings and greet customers.
  • Have experience with spreadsheets, updating computer-based systems, attention to detail and working in a team-based environment.
  • Assist in the coordination, communication and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers, identify shortfalls in service delivery and ensure they are dealt with appropriately.
  • Assist in providing statistical information as required to assist managers in target setting.
  • Book meetings and appointments.
  • Deliver, improve and maintain effective and efficient administration systems to support delivery of services in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with spreadsheets and updating computer-based systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate with internal and external customers.

Details

  • The position is based on an initial 5-month basis with a view to extend.
  • Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00–17:00.
  • Pay rate: 16.22 per hour via umbrella.
