Apricus Resourcing are working with an award winning housing provider who are looking for a Maintenance Caretaker for an ongoing contract role based in Merstone, Isle of Wight. The role is to work full time, between Monday to Friday 7:30am 4:00pm, giving 40 worked hours a week.
Within your role you will prove effective general cleaning duties to a high standard as part of a team, primarily focussing on empty properties that meets customer and organisational needs. You will need prior experience in undertaking cleaning duties and basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety.
Duties include:
- Provide accurate and timely information on progress
- Undertake general cleaning, in accordance with agreed scheme specification
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition
- Use equipment and materials in a safe manner
The role available is working on a full-time contract basis for an initial 2-month period, if the successful applicant is reliable and successful in the role extension is very likely based on previous hires.
In return for your commitment, we are able to offer a very competitive ltd rate of 16.91 per hour, with 30p her hour increase after completing 12 weeks service.
