Housing Concierge

Apricus Resourcing is working with an independent provider seeking a Housing Concierge for a contract role based in Cheltenham. The initial contract duration is 12 weeks, with potential for extension.

As a Night Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of customers and properties from 8pm to 8am. Your duties include conducting regular patrols, handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating responses to incidents. You must have access to a vehicle insured for business purposes; expenses will be reimbursed. You will be supported by concierge colleagues and the on-call manager during emergencies. Shifts are Monday to Friday, and you should be comfortable working alone.

The role also involves maintaining statistical information on occupancy and updating project records, such as the communications log, in line with record-keeping standards.

Person Specification:

No prior experience is required; however, experience in social housing or care settings, paid or voluntary, would be advantageous.

The position is on a rolling contract with a view to extension. The pay rate is £12.21 per hour (PAYE).
