Apricus Resourcing are working with a leading charity who are looking for a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Worker. Within your role, you will be contributing to the transformation of lives within a leading charitable organisation in Harrogate. As a dedicated Recovery Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing compassionate care and structured support to individuals striving to overcome addiction. Your role is pivotal in creating a safe and nurturing environment, enabling service users to regain control of their lives and embark on a path to recovery.
The working hours for this role are Mon-Fri 9-5 depending on your preference. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the challenges faced by those affected by substance misuse. A background in health or social care, coupled with experience in a similar role, will be essential in delivering effective support plans tailored to individual needs. Key responsibilities include:
