Apricus Resourcing are working with an award winning housing provider who are looking for a Multi Skill operative for an ongoing contract role in Chester. Within this role you will be working Monday - Friday 9-5pm. You will be working within a team that is responsible for delivering a high quality and cost effective property repairs and refurbishments & estate services. The manager is looking for a multi skilled person, however you will need strong skills within joinery for this post.
Responsibilities
- Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed.
- Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Ensuring customers are kept informed in line with agreed processes and within contract and service specifications.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures and budgets.
Qualifications
- For this particular role your own vehicle is required & you will need your own tools.
- Construction Skills Certification is desirable but not essential but you will need NVQ 3 or relevant experience.
- The rate of pay for this role is Β£20.00 via umbrella per hour.
