Ideal candidates will possess: * A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. * Previous experience in a senior care assistant role, preferably within a residential care setting. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of elderly residents. * Proficiency in administering medication and a thorough understanding of care plans and risk assessments.
