We are hiring a Business Development Manager to help drive Apricus Resourcing into its next phase of growth. This is not just a sales role. It is a role for someone who wants to influence strategy, build market share and contribute to leadership discussions. You will focus on winning larger contracts across charities, healthcare and mental health providers. This is a commercial role focused on opening doors, winning fixed term and permanent recruitment contracts and converting opportunity into revenue.

You will work directly with two high billing founders who remain hands on in delivery and business development. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and supplying high-quality temporary staff into the health and social care sector. This is a fast‑paced, sales‑focused role where success is driven by activity, relationship building, and delivering results.
