Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Service Administrator for an Innovative Community Support Recovery Service in Yarnton. The post is based in a service that offers support and recovery solutions for those suffering with drug and alcohol issues. This role is working full time with standard hours of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. This role is based on a temp-to-perm basis; you will be working on an initial 3-month contract before becoming permanent with the end client.
The post holder will work fully onsite supporting the maintenance of accurate records and actively promoting the rights and responsibilities of service users, to further support the business growth by assisting with the digitalisation of systems and processes. You will also work to provide admin, HR and recruitment support to our site, working closely with the Registered Manager and wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. From onboarding new colleagues to keeping our HR systems up-to-date, your work will directly support our ability to deliver quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Collate all Data / Google Docs / Spreadsheets and produce monthly reports.
- Ensure that all graduating clients' details are recorded, collated, uploaded and maintained accurately.
- Agree and communicate admissions pathway information to key stakeholders, including the client, the client's funder and the centre team.
- Update department data on a daily basis.
- In time, be able to communicate directly with clients to glean information on their background for our records.
