Overview
LOCATION: Moorgate Head Office, London
CONTRACT: Permanent, Full-Time
HOURS: 35 hours over 5 days per week
PAY RATE: Starting at £27,000 per annum
Are you passionate about fashion and eager to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment? We are looking for an organised, numbers-savvy individual to join our Brand Partnership team. Your responsibilities will include product data optimization, ensuring our product listings are accurate and compelling, managing the timely and precise uploading of products to various ecommerce platforms, overseeing inventory levels and ensuring products are always available, and assisting in the daily operations of our marketplaces. Are you exceptionally organised? Do you have strong numerical/analytical abilities, a passion for managing ecommerce retail products, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Previous experience in marketplace or ecommerce is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn and master new technical systems is essential.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and create new product uploads
- Maintain and update master data sheet for product range
- Assist marketplace data optimization, primarily through categorization and attribute mapping
- Send daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
- Prepare ad hoc reports for analysis, sales, returns and stock planning
- Work alongside buying team in releasing the product range for 3rd party sites
- Support and assist Marketplace Co-Ordinator and Head of New Business in Marketplace Meetings
- Continuously learn & research improved ways of managing our marketplace operations
- Liaise with UK/International Warehouses to ensure Marketplace operations run as expected, and support the Marketplace Co-Ordinator regarding operational issues.
- Ensure Host SLAs are continuously met.
- Support the Head of New Business with all stock management for external 3rd party logistics from forecasting intake through to delivery.
- Deputise for the Marketplace Co-Ordinator/Wholesale Administrator & Head of New Business on 3rd Party Brand operations as required
- Willing to learn and demonstrate a real can-do attitude

Know-How
- High-level intermediate to advanced user of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrable creative approach to data collection and presentation
- Our ideal candidate will be e-Commerce aware, ideally coming from a role in ecommerce merchandising/management, wholesale/Marketplace or a highly analytical administrative role
- Experience of Tradebyte/Zalando would be ideal but not essential
