We have an amazing opportunity to join our Apricot team in our Warehouse! The Warehouse is a generalist role within our Biggleswade warehouse, this role is at the heart of the operational journey. The door to floor process is integral including processing, packing and collection of goods that ensure a timely service for our customers and retail/ online partners. Our warehouse assistants need to be team players, dependable, knowledgeable and proactive.
Responsibilities
- Picking stock according to hand scanners/paper picking lists
- Packing, and dispatching of customer’s orders
- Operating pallet trucks and warehouse tools
- Processing customers’ returns including folding garments
- Labelling
- Maintaining stock accuracy
- Reporting any discrepancies
- Use of basic IT Software
- Receiving & processing incoming deliveries
- Move and stack stock within warehouse
- Perform general warehouse duties to ensure its smooth operation

Important to highlight
Due to the nature of this role it requires long periods of standing and walking for large portions of the day. Manual handling and working at height will be required, lifting and carrying of up to 15kg regularly. Bending, twisting, and use of step stools/ ladders will be required.
