LOCATION: Biggleswade Warehouse Bedfordshire
CONTRACT: Permanent Full-Time
HOURS: 40 hours over 5 days per week
PAY RATE: £13 per hour
We have an amazing opportunity to join the Apricot team in our warehouse! We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy fashion environment working with our product and able to deliver essential administration support. You will be a key member of the logistics team working with all areas of the company.
- Allocation
- Allocating for Apricot concessions in the UK and internationally
- Communicating regularly with the Apricot Field Team and Stores about stock levels, bestsellers and visual merchandising standards
- Tracking and processing stock transfers
- Arranging stock recalls
- Administration
- Sales data entry
- Miscellaneous data entry
- Answering the office entry-phone and telephone
- Photographing new products and uploading/emailing these
- Compiling product information files to send to hosts
- Arranging our shops stationary supplies
- Assisting with housekeeping and staff wellbeing
- Administering staff purchases
Desired Skills & Experience
- Intermediate user of MS Excel and Outlook
- Keen interest in fashion
- Knowledge of fashion visual merchandising is desirable but not essential
- Confident communicator (both verbal and written)
- Passionate about the Apricot brand and fashion industry in general
- Delivers results in a timely manner
- Able to self-manage and work on own initiative
- Remain calm under pressure
- Able to work to tight and changeable deadlines
- Resilient and remains positive in face of challenge or adversity
