Join our Apricot family in one of our retail stores! We are seeking a knowledgeable Retail Sales Assistant eager to advance within fashion retail. Your role involves providing excellent customer service, possessing strong product knowledge, and paying great attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing a great experience to every customer
- Participating in all training opportunities
- Working collaboratively with team members
- Maintaining and understanding product knowledge
- Owning assigned tasks
- Following operational practices and procedures, including deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes, and replenishment
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards throughout the store, including external and back of house areas
- Being aware of sales targets and performance
