- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, architects, consulting, service delivery) to ensure capability and capacity.
- Run customer workshops and educational sessions to help customers adopt platform engineering, AI, or data platforms.
- Act as an escalation point for major delivery issues, guiding resolution and maintaining client confidence.
- Translate technical delivery into business outcomes, using metrics to track value delivered.
- Develop and present value‑case updates, account reviews, roadmap presentations to client leadership.
- Identify new product/service offerings that match the client’s next‑phase needs and help position them.
- Lead internal lessons‑learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Internal Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross‑functionally with sales/pre‑sales, product teams, consulting/engineering, finance, and marketing to ensure account growth and delivery success.
- Mentor more junior engagement/delivery leads within the account(s).
- Contribute to Appvia’s thought leadership: client workshops, speaking at events, case‑study contribution.
