About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Solution Architect to join our team in our London office. In this role, you will advise enterprise clients and prospects on how to best leverage our platform to solve mobile attribution challenges. This position is a critical part of the customer journey—owning the technical relationship, driving adoption of our solutions, and shaping strategy through industry insight. As a key technical expert, you will lead conversations during the pre‑sales process, consult on architecture design, guide implementation decisions, and act as the liaison between business needs and technical capabilities. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, build deep relationships with stakeholders, and contribute feedback to help shape our product roadmap.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Sales to scope and propose technical solutions aligned with customer goals
- Lead strategic conversations with clients, providing consultative insights into mobile attribution best practices
- Run product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec documentation
- Translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in a clear, value‑oriented way
- Guide client engineering teams through key integration, onboarding and implementation phases
- Partner closely with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on delivery and innovation
- Maintain integrations with third‑party technologies and troubleshoot advanced issues as needed
- Build trust and rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders across client organizations
- Represent AppsFlyer at industry events and conferences (optional, but encouraged)
What You Have:
- 2+ years in a client‑facing technical role supporting enterprise sales or implementations
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) required
- Proven success in translating technical requirements into scalable solutions
- Strong communication skills—able to engage effectively with both engineers and senior business stakeholders
- Experience with data‑driven systems or platforms (SQL experience a plus)
- Familiarity with SaaS, mobile marketing, or advertising technologies
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a strategic approach to problem‑solving
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events as needed

- Technical degree or engineering background
- Experience with large‑scale data sets or analytics platforms
- Fluency in additional languages
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
