Please note: this is a fixed-term maternity cover position until June 2027. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us shape the future of measurement. In this role, you’ll work with talented professionals across the globe within a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and personal development. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline generation and accelerating growth across the Spanish-speaking market. You will own the top of the sales funnel by identifying strategic outbound opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and partnering closely with Account Executives to create high-impact business opportunities.

  • Own outbound prospecting efforts by researching accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Conduct discovery conversations with prospects to uncover business needs, align AppsFlyer’s value proposition to customer pain points, and ensure successful handoff to Account Executives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the markets, industries, and companies within your territory. Use market insights and strategic thinking to prioritize high-potential accounts and opportunities.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner Managers on outreach strategies, event follow-ups, and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate lead management and activity tracking in Salesforce and other outbound tools. Continuously optimize outreach approaches, messaging, and engagement strategies to maximize impact.

  • Strong organisational skills, time management, and ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive, go-getter approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
  • 2+ years of SDR experience, preferably within SaaS or high-tech environments.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience.
  • Ability to lead consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology, mobile marketing, and business strategy.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.

Advantage: Introduced by an AppsFlyer team member. Experience in the mobile marketing or MarTech ecosystem. Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Data.ai, and open-source sales intelligence tools. Experience working with EMEA markets.
