We are looking for a data-driven, self-motivated and creative individual with strong operational and analytical experience. In this highly cross-functional role, you will be the "source of truth" for answers, new findings, and next steps based on critical operational data related to sales strategy and performance trends. You will build and enhance processes, reports, and dashboards, assisting with distributing and tracking sales compensation plans and uncovering key insights to continue driving revenue growth and maximizing efficiency in our sales processes.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the Global Sales Team and support day-to-day inquiries related to Salesforce.com, Gong and many AI Sales tools, providing prompt and efficient resolutions and ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.
- Deliver accurate and on-time analysis, reports and ad-hoc requests for sales leadership that will serve as the foundation of our sales cycle and forecasting methodology.
- Lead regional projects from plan to completion.
- Use AI tools and other BI systems to deliver accurate performance and metric reports and dashboards with data-driven insights measured against KPIs and sales plan.
- Evaluate the current sales processes and workflows, and provide recommendations and actions based on strategic objectives, forecasts and performance metrics.
- Provide training to the Sales Team on new sales processes and tools.
What you have:
- At least 4 years Experience in a Revenue / Sales Operations role, with experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Ability to manage projects end to end, with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Strong experience in Salesforce.com reporting, dashboard creation, including: bucket fields, joined reports, filter logic.
- Knowledge in AI tools and expertise in BI/data visualization techniques and tools.
- Results-oriented and data driven approach.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
