My client is currently looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for a large new programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Deliver functional design, system configuration, testing, and user support.
  • Produce functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting.
  • Support data migration, UAT, and post-go-live activities.
  • Provide functional expertise and recommend process improvements aligned with business needs.

Skills Experience:

  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and support.
  • Functional expertise in one or more HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Recruitment, or Learning).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud reporting, integrations, and data migration.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
