One of my consulting clients based in London is seeking an MS Dynamics 365 Technical SME for a new and exciting project. The role requires you to be in the office 3 days a week.
Role: Technical SME required to support a broad IT solution review, with responsibility for assessing technical functionality and design, value for money, and alignment with future ways of working. The role reports to the Consultant acting as Project Lead.
It requires strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including:
- Customer Insights
- Customer Voice
- Customer Service Operations
Familiarity with Microsoft's AI capabilities within the Dynamics ecosystem is highly desirable.
