We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM/FCCS Functional Consultant to join our client on an initial 6-month contract. This is a fully remote role for a UK-based consultant, supporting the ongoing development, enhancement, and support of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) within a live enterprise environment.
This role will work closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure the FCCS solution meets business consolidation, reporting, and close process requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead functional support and enhancement of Oracle FCCS applications
- Gather and analyse business requirements from Finance stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional design documentation
- Configure FCCS components including consolidations, metadata, rules, forms, and dashboards
- Support month-end and year-end close cycles
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions
- Liaise with technical teams where required for integrations and data management
- Support testing cycles including SIT and UAT
- Provide user support, training, and documentation as required
- Recommend best practices and continuous improvement opportunities
- Strong functional experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically FCCS
- Proven experience supporting financial consolidation and close processes
- Strong understanding of finance concepts including consolidations, eliminations, and intercompany
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring FCCS (metadata, business rules, forms, and security)
- Experience supporting live production environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with other Oracle EPM modules (EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, or Planning)
- Experience with Data Management/Data Integration
- Experience with Oracle EPM implementations or transformation programmes
- Accounting qualification or strong finance background
- Must be UK-based
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Available to start within 2-4 weeks preferred
- Fully remote within the UK
- Initial 6-month contract with potential extension
- Competitive day rate (Inside IR35)
