Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Service S/4HANA Consultant to support ongoing SAP initiatives, enhancements, and support activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and service management objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP Service module implementations, enhancements, and support activities
- Configure and customize SAP Service functionalities including service orders, notifications, contracts, warranties, and installed base
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD, PM, MM, and FI/CO
- Provide expertise in service processing, field service, and customer support workflows
- Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and optimization
- Create and maintain documentation including functional specs, process flows, and user guides
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer where required
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an SAP CS Consultant (typically 5+ years)
- Strong configuration expertise in SAP Customer Service module
- Solid understanding of service management processes and best practices
- Experience integrating SAP CS with SD (Sales & Distribution) and PM (Plant Maintenance)
- Hands-on experience with service orders, service contracts, and installed base management
- Ability to work independently in a contract environment with minimal supervision
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with S/4HANA Customer Service or Service Management
- Knowledge of SAP CRM or SAP Service Cloud integration
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
