Introduction to Apps IT: Apps IT is recognised as one of Europe’s leading independent SAP and Oracle recruitment companies. Established in 2001, we have approaching 25 years experience working with global blue-chip organisations running SAP or Oracle ERP solutions. Due to significant client expansion in France we have a fantastic opportunity to join our SAP team as a candidate focused Delivery Consultant. You will work directly with our French SAP Business Development consultant, working almost exclusively on contract and permanent roles for our largest French client.

About the role: As a Delivery consultant you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our candidates, mostly via telephone calls, ensuring you match them to the best SAP contract or permanent opportunities with our industry leading clients.

As a member of our recruitment team, you will be:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify, attract, and engage top-tier SAP talent through various recruitment channels, including our own internal candidate database, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen applicants, working with our French Business Development consultant to assess candidates’ skills and experience to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified SAP professionals across various SAP modules (e.g. SAP HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP).
  • Understand our client requirements in order to deliver strong and suitable candidates.
  • Striving for quality: Manage the entire process with a focus on delivering a high quality service at all points, including all communications, as well as arranging interviews and further updates.
  • Ensure a high level of service and professionalism throughout the recruitment process, representing Apps IT to the highest standards.
  • Market Knowledge & Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP market trends, industry changes, and technological advancements in SAP to provide expert advice to candidates.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of SAP roles and related technologies to match candidates effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • Proven experience in SAP recruitment, either within a recruitment agency or in-house.
  • Knowledge/experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, or job boards.
  • Experience of Bullhorn is useful but not essential.
  • While a good understanding of the SAP ecosystem would be an advantage it is not essential, although you must have similar relevant IT recruitment experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates.
  • Results-driven and target-oriented with a proven track record in meeting recruitment KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client requirements.
