About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations & Sales Administrator to support the Operations Manager and MDs, enabling robust growth with clearly defined and managed processes. This is a varied and pivotal role that requires someone who can confidently manage administrative tasks, coordinate activities across departments, maintain accurate records, and help ensure both operational and sales processes run efficiently and compliantly. Full training will be provided on company-specific systems and processes. However, applicants should be confident using Microsoft Office applications, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who takes ownership of their work, uses initiative to solve problems, and actively contributes to the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Support
- Support the Operations Manager
- Maintain company records, databases, and operational documentation
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal communications
- Monitor workflows and assist with operational planning and scheduling
- Track actions and ensure deadlines are met
- Support operational projects and process improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Assist with general office administration and ad hoc business support tasks
- Sales Support
- Coordinate client/candidate communications and follow-ups
- Produce sales reports and assist with pipeline administration
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service
Skills & Experience

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications
