Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Service S/4HANA Consultant to support ongoing SAP initiatives, enhancements, and support activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and service management objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support SAP Service module implementations, enhancements, and support activities
  • Configure and customize SAP Service functionalities including service orders, notifications, contracts, warranties, and installed base
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD, PM, MM, and FI/CO
  • Provide expertise in service processing, field service, and customer support workflows
  • Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and optimization
  • Create and maintain documentation including functional specs, process flows, and user guides
  • Deliver user training and knowledge transfer where required

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an SAP CS Consultant (typically 5+ years)
  • Strong configuration expertise in SAP Customer Service module
  • Solid understanding of service management processes and best practices
  • Experience integrating SAP CS with SD (Sales & Distribution) and PM (Plant Maintenance)
  • Hands-on experience with service orders, service contracts, and installed base management
  • Ability to work independently in a contract environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with S/4HANA Customer Service or Service Management
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM or SAP Service Cloud integration
  • Familiarity with Fiori apps and SAP UI5
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • SAP certification in Customer Service or related module (preferred)
