About the role
Approved Workforce is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our trades and labour team in Crossgates, Leeds.
You'll work alongside an existing team of three, taking full ownership of a 360 desk covering everything from business development to delivery.
This isn't a role where you'll be boxed into one part of the process.
You'll manage client accounts, win new business, place temps, run client visits, and step up to help manage the team when the Divisional Manager is out of the office.
If you want a role where you can genuinely influence how a team grows, this is it.
- What you'll be doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of trades and labour clients
- Driving new business through proactive sales activity
- Placing temporary workers and managing the full booking process
- Conducting regular client visits to strengthen relationships and spot opportunities
- Supporting day-to-day team management when the Divisional Manager is unavailable
- Working closely with your team of three to hit shared targets and drive growth across the desk
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar 360 recruitment consultant role
- A genuine track record in trades, labour, or a comparable temp-driven sector (preferred)
- Hungry for success, with the drive to build and grow your own desk
- Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team
- Strong communicator who's confident managing clients face-to-face
- Someone ready to take on more responsibility, including supporting team management
- What's on offer
- £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure
- A genuine path to progression within a growing multi-brand recruitment group
- The chance to help shape and grow a team, not just work within one
