We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee air conditioning and ventilation installation projects, primarily across London.
This is a permanent position offering excellent benefits and the opportunity to work on high-quality mechanical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising AC and ventilation installations on site
- Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Overseeing quality control and installation standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising AC installations (ventilation experience also required)
- Strong experience with Mitsubishi systems (essential)
- Experience with Daikin systems (desirable but not essential)
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently
