Salary: £55,000 per year

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and resilient Dual Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-registered homes in Leyland. You will provide strong leadership, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across two children\’s homes
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children\’s Homes Regulations 2015
• Lead, develop, and motivate staff teams
• Manage budgets, rotas, training, and supervision
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and partner agencies
• Promote safeguarding and continuous improvement

About You

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years\’ experience as a Registered Manager in children\’s residential care
• Proven track record of achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted ratings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
