We are a reputable company in the building control sector and are currently seeking a Checker to join our team. This position will be focused on residential projects and offers flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed plan checks of domestic schemes
- Ensuring compliance with building control regulations and standards
- Providing expert advice and support to clients regarding building control matters
- Preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations based on plan checks
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of all plan checks and any relevant correspondence
- Being available for remote consultation and support as needed
