In the supporting role as a Revenue Operations Specialist within the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing internal processes across various departments. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with the System Administrator (CRM & HubSpot) to improve the analytics arm of the Operations team. The role will partner closely with key stakeholders in marketing, sales, customer success, operations, finance, and customer support teams. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively analyze ongoing and historical Revenue and Marketing data, and the associated business processes within these teams to derive insights and propose process improvements. Your findings will inform operations initiatives and projects designed to drive revenue growth and enable efficient internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of data from various sources, including CRM systems, sales, and marketing automation platforms, and other relevant databases. Coordinate with teams that work across multiple platforms to gather essential data used for analysis. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to uncover insights related to revenue generation, customer behavior, and operational efficiency. Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings clearly, succinctly, and promptly.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes across marketing, sales, customer success, operations, and customer support teams. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in these processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process improvement requirements and propose solutions for streamlining and enhancing productivity via automation. Partner with other RevOps teammates to deliver process improvements in CRM and integrated programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proactively facilitate cross-functional work to propose projects, discuss findings, share recommendations, and align action plans. Work closely with the Revenue Operations Manager, System Administrator, and key stakeholders from different departments to gather input and insights.
  • Insights and Recommendations: Translate data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations for driving revenue growth and operational excellence. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders. Monitor and track the implementation of recommended changes to measure the impact on key performance metrics. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in revenue operations and business analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of scalable solutions. Proactively manage fields, reports, and data infrastructure in CRM and integrated systems to improve data integrity and propose improvements to assessing customer-facing work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an analyst on Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations teams, preferably in a SaaS, FinTech, or consulting environment.
  • Experience working with sales and marketing data, understanding their metrics, KPIs, processes, and functionalities to derive insights and drive revenue growth effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or native reporting in CRM/Marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and other integrated tools (scheduling, calling, sequencing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
