Commercial Talent Acquisition Business PartnerAbout the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will act as both a trusted adviser and handsâon HR professional. This hybrid role combines leadership in recruitment with HR generalist responsibilities, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting employees through the full HR lifecycle. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders from the Revenue and Marketing teams to design effective recruitment strategies, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to broader HR initiatives such as onboarding, performance, engagement, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Functions
Partner with managers and leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
Manage endâtoâend recruitment cycles: job advertising, sourcing, screening interviews, interviewing, candidate assessment, reference checking, offers, and onboarding.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networks, referrals) to attract highâquality candidates, including headhunting and selfâcourse candidates.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience that reflects company culture and values.
Provide market insights and benchmarking to stakeholders regarding talent availability, salary data, and competitive trends.
HR Business Partner / Generalist Functions
Support HR policies, processes, and people initiatives across assigned teams or regions.
Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
Deliver a smooth onboarding and offâboarding experience for all employees.
Support employees on career development, conflict resolution, employee relations issues, disciplinary processes and other people related topics to ensure fair and consistent practices.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and followâup action plans.
Support learning and development initiatives and participate in HR projects.
Partner with People operations on all HR related topics.
Requirements
Min 3 years of proven experience in both recruitment and fullâstack HR generalist/business partner roles in a 50â100 FTE scaleâup.
Strong understanding of labour law in the UK, US, Canada, South Africa, Australia and international HR practices.
Experience in recruitment for SaaS and B2B business and good understanding of Sales, Marketing and Customer Success metrics.
Ability to manage the full recruitment lifeâcycle for multiple roles, preferably in a fastâpaced or multinational environment. Recruitment experience in the UK and Canada is a must; experience in South Africa and Australia will be considered an advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to influence at all levels.
Fluency in English.
