About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will act as both a trusted adviser and hands-on HR professional. This hybrid role combines leadership in recruitment with HR generalist responsibilities, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting employees throughout the full HR lifecycle. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders from the Revenue and Marketing teams to design effective recruitment strategies, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to broader HR initiatives such as on-boarding, performance, engagement, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles: job advertising, sourcing, screening interviews, interviewing, candidate assessment, reference checking, offers, and on-boarding.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience that reflects company culture and values.

HR Business Partner/Generalist Functions

  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, career development and other people-related topics.
  • Support employees on career development, conflict resolution, employee relations issues, disciplinary processes and other people-related topics to ensure fair and consistent practices.
  • Partner with People operations on all HR related topics.

Requirements

  • Min 3 years of proven experience in both recruitment and full-stack HR generalist/business partner roles in a 50-100 FTE scale-up.
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment life-cycle for multiple roles, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment. Recruitment experience in the UK and Canada is a must and experience in South Africa and Australia will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to influence at all levels.
  • Business-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities in a growing environment.
