About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an ongoing healthcare project across several hospital sites in Leeds. The successful candidate will oversee teams carrying out Fire Door Installation, Maintenance, and Fire Stopping works within active hospital environments. The role will also involve supporting and monitoring surveying teams across multiple live sites. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone with strong compliance knowledge and experience managing works within live, operational healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations across active hospital sites
  • Oversee Fire Door Installation, Maintenance, and Fire Stopping works
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and surveyors
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain high Health & Safety standards
  • Liaise with hospital representatives and operational teams
  • Monitor compliance, quality standards, and site documentation
  • Ensure teams are working safely within live healthcare environments

Essential Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Valid SMSTS certification
